The first motel to give my deposit back. Also gave me a good rate for a week at a time. The only negative thing I have to say is we weren't aloud to have any guests.
Stayed for a few months and had no issues with my stay. Room was very clean and staff are the most helpful people you can ever meet. They change your towels daily, take out your trash, and change your sheets weekly. Rates are very low considering everything they provide. They do have some restrictions so check before booking. The location is very centric and even though its not the greatest area in Evansville the Inn keeps thier area very safe. If I ever need a place to stay again for a set period of time. I will know where to go.
